Our school understands the primary importance of teachers in any educational organization. About 150 EFL teachers mainly from the UK, Australia and North America and 50 Teachers of Modern Languages from different European Countries work with BKC-IH during the academic year. We also employ up to 100 part time teachers per year. See below all teachers’ nationalities (country of origin) in the diagram (below).
The majority of our teachers are university graduates. All of our EFL teachers are required to have a recognized TEFL qualification, such as the CELTA or Trinity TESOL. See diagram below (at the right) for qualifications (certificates / diplomas) of EFL Teachers who work with the school as well as those of Teachers of Modern Languages (Spanish, Italian, German, French, and Russian) who teach with BKC-Globus school

Our teachers, either experienced or newly qualified, come to Russia from different countries of the world to teach their native languages. They have obtained their qualifications in different institutions which BKC-IH Moscow cooperates with. Most of those are the International House Teacher Training Centres and Cambridge CELTA Centres throughout the world. However many BKC-IH teachers have qualified with the help of our Teacher Training Centre which offers Cambridge CELTA and Cambridge DELTA courses in English Language Teaching to Adults and the IH course for teaching Young Learners
We also have an experienced educational management team made up of DOSes, ADOSes and Senior Teachers who provide teachers with guidance and support. To learn more about the BKC Educational Management Team portrait simply click here.
